From curation to programming to the actual set that brings it home, he’s the one shaping the energy of the room. Behind the scenes, he co-manages operations, event planning, and strategy — balancing creative direction with structure, and always keeping the focus on how it feels. If it moves, he probably touched it.

Aaron is the pulse of the brand — the person behind the voice, the look, the partnerships, and the way Stick No Bills shows up in the world. He leads the content and creative team, while also co-managing everything from programming to future planning with Jeff. Whether it's setting the tone online, working with sponsors, or keeping the crowd engaged — he’s at the center of it. What he protects most? The identity. The culture. The feeling you carry out of the room.
